This property is a cut above the rest,it has style.My husband and i stayed here at easter with my two teenage children,my mum and my brother.We all had plenty of personel space over three floors with a luxury bathroom and ensuites.The property was warm,cosy,well equiped,really clean and very comfortable.The underfloor heating was a pleasure to wake up to and the decor modern and crisp.Cawsand and Kingsand was exceptionally friendly,the best i have experienced in all my visits to cornwall.The pubs allowed dogs in,which my rather friendly westie adored.We only got chance to eat in the devonport Inn and that was very good,great not to have to get a taxi home!Everything you needed was so close,even a good walk was on your doorstep.Whitsand bay was minutes away in the car and very scenic although the sea was still a little too cold at this time of year.Bodyboards were available at cottage for use.The property garden was awesome,really functional for dinner on a warm evening,and an amazing topdeck with a view of the sea and beyond.My family and i really enjoyed this modern home,hence thats why we didnt mind staying in most nights and cooking.The photographs don't do the property justice!Thankyou for a truly wonderful stay in a truly fabulous cottage and we will definatly be back.Joanne and KeithWe had a wonderful half term holiday in this charming and comfortable house, which was very well and thoughtfully equipped - we especially appreciated the comfy beds! The house is light, bright and spacious and we loved the layout which maximised space and was ideal for family holiday living.
The newly created terraced garden is lovely and it was a great treat to have breakfast on the terrace enjoying the stunning views in the autumn sun.

The location is perfect in the beautiful and friendly seaside village, enhanced by the
lack of cars on the streets. We had a lovely day out at Porfell, great walks and pub lunches. Especially recommended are the View restaurant and The Devonport pub.

We will certainly be back!

Great Easter holiday, beautiful house with plenty of space inside and out. A short walk down to the beach where you can catch a foot ferry to Plymouth - a great way to see Kingsand & Cawsand.

Plenty of pubs (so no need to cook) we especially liked the Devenport, Cross Keys and the Rising Sun - all child friendly too! If you do feel the need to cook the village store has everything you need.

Hope to be back soon.

We had a lovely family holiday with mixed ages enjoying exploring the villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, which are right on the doorstep.
We found lots of good places to eat in the village and nearby, and lots of good walks with fantastic views.
